Description
Modern G+1 Residential House
Project Type: Contemporary Residential Development
Building: Ground Floor + First Floor
Design Approach: Modern • Functional • Sustainable
1. Project Overview
The project proposes a modern G+1 family residence designed to provide a comfortable, secure, and contemporary living environment while maintaining a strong connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The architectural language combines clean geometric forms, large glazed openings, natural textures, timber-look vertical screens, and carefully integrated landscaping.
2. Design Objectives

- Maximize natural daylight and cross-ventilation.
- Provide clear separation between public, private, and service areas.

5. Environmental Concept
The building uses large windows for daylight, controlled openings for ventilation, and vertical timber-look louvers to provide shading and privacy. The combination of landscape, natural materials, shaded glazing, and cross-ventilation contributes to a comfortable and energy-conscious living environment.
6. Architectural Character
The façade is defined by clean horizontal and vertical geometry, a neutral white/grey palette, natural stone textures, warm timber elements, and large reflective glazing. The entrance is emphasized as the focal point through a feature wall, timber door, lighting, and landscaped approach.
