The building adopts a contemporary two-storey composition, characterized by clean horizontal lines, expansive glazed façades, warm brick finishes, and contrasting grey elements. The combination of natural materials and modern glazing establishes a professional healthcare identity while promoting transparency, natural daylight, and visual connection with the surrounding landscape.

Key Design Principles

• Architectural Identity: A balanced composition of glass, brick, and neutral-toned finishes creates a distinctive and professional institutional image.

• Functional Zoning: The two-storey arrangement provides opportunities to separate public reception and consultation functions from more private clinical, administrative, or support spaces, subject to the final room schedule.

• Circulation and Accessibility: The main entrance is clearly identifiable from the front parking and drop-off area. Internal circulation should provide intuitive wayfinding, accessible routes, and appropriate separation of public, clinical, and service movements.

• Natural Lighting: Large glazed openings maximize daylight and improve the interior environment, with appropriate shading and glare control to maintain thermal comfort and patient privacy.

• Landscape Integration: Landscaped gardens, planted beds, and perimeter greenery soften the building’s appearance, improve the arrival experience, and provide a calm environment for patients and visitors.

• Security and Parking: The perimeter wall and controlled entrance establish a secure site, while the internal parking area supports convenient access for staff, patients, and visitors.
